1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sign for Jira app ("App") provided by MyStatement, Inc. via the Atlassian Marketplace. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Marketplace Transactions & EULA
All purchases, subscriptions, and use of the App via the Atlassian Marketplace are governed by the Bonterms Standard Marketplace Transaction Version 1.0 (the "Standard EULA"), which is incorporated by reference.

By installing or using the App, you agree that the Bonterms Standard Marketplace Transaction (v1) governs your use of the App, together with these supplemental product terms and any applicable Atlassian Marketplace terms.
3. Supplemental Product Terms
3.1 Use of the App
The App is designed for use within Atlassian Cloud sites. You are responsible for:
- Ensuring only authorized users access and use the App;
- Configuring the App to align with your internal policies and regulatory requirements;
- Validating your Jira workflows and systems where required by applicable regulations.
3.2 Licensing & Billing
Licensing, billing, renewals, and refunds are managed by Atlassian in accordance with the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use. We do not invoice you directly for Marketplace transactions unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
3.3 Data Protection
Our processing of personal data in connection with the App is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. In the event of conflict between these supplemental terms and the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA will prevail except where explicitly overridden by written agreement.
4. Warranty Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet all regulatory requirements of your specific use case.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the App is limited as set out in the Standard EULA. Where not specified, our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
6. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Atlassian site. We may suspend or terminate access to the App where required by law, security concerns, non-payment through the Marketplace, or material breach of these Terms.
